Texas POS Guy is an independent POS (Point of Sale) system consulting service. We provide information, recommendations, and consultation services to help businesses select and implement POS solutions. We are not a POS manufacturer or software developer. Our services include:

Consultations are provided free of charge. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule consultations at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GENESIS MERCHANT SOLUTIONS, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR OUR SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Site or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
